Conceptual ideas consisted of a vehicle that would be comfortable on the road or track.
Turning and braking were high priorities. Weight, balance and chassis rigidity, enabling performance handling was a design objective.
The use of a cage or roll bar was discarded after the realization the car would never be raced.
Chassis / steering / brake tuning were consistent with other objectives.
Engine and driveline would be modern, lightweight, user tunable with spare parts readily available. Durability for everyday driving with longevity of 60K miles or more.
Power goals 450- 500 RWHP. Cruise efficiency with good fuel mileage was a necessity.
Reliability / and safety of all systems, was inherent in scope and execution.
Ride quality was essential.
